Meeting was rescheduled from Spring 2016 to the fall of 2016 and re-oriented from an Alaska-based meeting to Washington D.C., per guidance from DHS S&T OUP. Due to the rescheduling, the meeting slipped from Program Year 2 to Program Year 3.
