Building A Future STEM Workforce For The DHS Enterprise


Enterprise with the objective of “growing our own” engineers and scientists for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Arctic, the ADAC Fellows methods include bi-monthly mentoring webinars, an annual student symposium, individual student work plans and mentor assignments, and a summer internship program. All student recruitment will focus on minority enrollment. Program outcomes will include highly skilled Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) graduates who will seek employment with the DHS Enterprise.
